First: update to the lastest version of portal_body.tpl

For those of you who would like to add a fully new block (displaying whatever you want), here is how to do :

<tr>
<td class="catHead" height="25"><span class="genmed"><b>Heading</b></span></td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td class="row1" align="center"><span class="gensmall">Example text</span></td>
</tr>

</table>

+ to add a block on the left side of the portal :
--> Find then add after that...

Code:
<td valign="top" width="23%">
      <table width="100%" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="1" border="0" align="left"><tr><td>

+ to add a block on the center of the portal :

Keeping Focus on Your Golf Game (1)
Seeing as this has recently been one area of the mental game which, as you well know, plays an extremely large role in golf with your clubs , it seems like an excellent place to get started. That being said, you should be aware that it is definitely one of the more difficult areas to work on. But that is just all the more reason for you to definitely start working on it as quickly as possible! During the course of a regular game of golf with , there are plenty of things that will certainly require you to concentrate and focus. In fact, you can actually probably get away with saying that you will need to focus on pretty much everything with the . Having the capacity to block out all unwanted distractions and totally tune in to the task at hand - this is the final goal as far as you are concerned. Admittedly, some of these distractions are certainly not really physical in nature, but can generally be mental too. To put it in other words, not being distracted by sounds, sights, smells and sensations... perfectly, these things are extremely physical with, and even though it might not be easy, it is definitely much less complicated than blocking out anxiety, annoyance, and stress. On top of that, a large number of people try to 'concentrate on concentrating' which usually truly is not very good at all. Ideally, you actually should be concentrating on whatever you are doing with golf clubs such as , not concentrating on concentrating. End of the day, concentrating on concentrating is pretty much just counter-productive. So how do you learn just what exactly you need to be able to concentrate and focus, no matter what is going on around you with ? Effectively, there are quite a lot of things you could very well do that can certainly help you in that regard. Keeping to a Fixed Routine Here’s how it should work in theory: Routines consist, basically, of just a series of steps that you actually take on a regular basis with . When you actually translate that into golf's terms, this means that you could have a routine for anything and everything, from taking a drive, to taking a putt, and so on. So where does concentration and focus come into play? Well, simply put, your routine will almost certainly have you performing most of the more physical parts of golf, such as gripping the club, assuming the right stance, and making the swing, almost as if on autopilot.
